Gregory is a human capital professional with over 10 years experience in hiring, performance management and career advising. His past professional roles have included corporate recruiter, career advisor and college instructor. In addition to being founder of Successions, Gregory also serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Professional Development at one of the fastest-growing private universities within the state of Illinois.
