A self-proclaimed "theoress," Mahriana (Maw-Ree-Auna) is dedicated to helping others build their best life by optimizing and recognizing their peace potential. She holds a degree in History, Education, and African-American Studies from The University of California-Los Angeles.
In 2010, Mahriana traveled to the continent of Africa where she lived, volunteered, and researched at the University of Ghana at Accra. That adventure led her to volunteer at the University of Ghana elementary school, participate in traditional African dance classes, and a priceless opportunity to sing with renowned traditional performance artist, Asante Darkwa! As a recent college graduate, Mahriana is enthusiastically pursuing a career that harmonizes her commitment to community development and the future of sustainable living.
