Konnessi
A Pittsburgh native slightly out of her element in New England, Amelia cut her academic teeth at Temple University in Philadelphia before transferring to Harvard University to earn her BA in Government. A stint as a White House intern quickly changed her mind about becoming involved in politics, and she began doing part-time work in social media marketing during her junior year. Upon graduation, she took on a role as director of business development for the risk analysis firm Sidar Global Advisors. Although after years in Boston she eventually learned to pop her collar and wear pearls, Amelia has also proudly earned a reputation as a destination adventurer, spending successive holidays trekking in Iceland, researching health policy in Africa, and haggling down the price of persimmons at the market in Tel Aviv.
Amelia is Konnessi's resident wordsmith, writing web content, job ads, press releases, and proposals as needed. She loves the wide range of writing and project management opportunities Konnessi presents to her.
