Christy Christoffersen is a Native American from Oklahoma living in England. A life-time equestrian, beauty and pet enthusiast, she brought her horse, Nikki, with her to live her dream of studying classical dressage. In addition to working with her dressage trainer on fitness and riding, she is always writing, testing the latest beauty and hair products and training her Jack Russell, PJ. Determined to not inherit diabetes like all her siblings, she has lost 70 pounds (so far) and kept it off since moving to England. She is also a certified Wax therapist and loves to invent new beauty products.
