Sandy
Hi my name is Sandy Virtue. I am 50 years old. I currently live on a small farm in Montana. I just recently moved back to my home state after spending twenty years in Wyoming. I owned and operated a home based business in Douglas Wyoming. I have brought the business to Montana with me and continue to work at it . I have been happily married to a wonderful man for twenty five years. I have two grown children , a daughter and a son that I love dearly, I also have a few pets -- two dogs, 1 cat, and 25 chickens including my rooster. I have been a stay at home Mom for most of my married life. Now as an empty nester, I have gone back to work part time and have returned to my passion -writing. I have also been enjoying spending time with my husband and getting to know each other again.
I have been writing since I was six years old. And I did get published in my elementary, middle school and high schools newspapers. I have loved writing poetry for years. And I also like to write stories about real happenings in my life. My pets also have a place in my writing world. I like to write about their exploits. I love the life that God gave me. He has been a great inspiration in my life. He has given me the gift of writing and the gift of being able to sew. Most of my prose and poetry is from true life experience and that is mainly what I like to write about. I also love to read and try my hand at crossword puzzles. I love to garden and work in my yard when I can. And have recently taken up the sport of fishing with my husband. It is very relaxing and is also a good time to write.
