When we first launched My Legal Briefcase, our mission was simple: make Ontario Small Claims Court accessible for more people. From the beginning, we set our sights on a different kind of legal service, one that simplifies the process and provides a superior online customer experience.
Every year, Canadians put off starting their Small Claims Court action because of the effort involved, the inconvenience, and the high fees. We knew there had to be an easier, affordable way to take care of common legal matters.
Our founding vision was for an easy-to-use, secure, and affordable online legal service. We brought together expertise from the legal and technology fields to make this vision a reality. The result is My Legal Briefcase, Ontario's online legal assistant for Small Claims Court.
Our mission is to set new standards for convenience and service in an industry not known for great customer care. We believe it should be easy for anyone to start their action in Small Claims Court.
