Sophie Li
I am an aspiring author aimed to finish my manuscript and hoping to get published by the end of the year. When I'm not pecking at the keyboard, I'm a wife & a working-mom of 2 boys.
To give a little more background about me, since ... well, this is suppose to be 'About Me,' I have proudly served as both an enlisted, as well as an officer, joining the Army at 17. Leaving the service after 11-years, followed by a fairly successful career in pharmaceutical sales, I'm currently biding my time as an administrative professional in a large company. It's not glamorous work but it does pay the bills and puts food on the table. I think my wide array of life experiences affords me an unique perspective on life. Coincidentally enough, I not only have an opinion on just about everything, but I like to voice them as well. The majority of the time, I do offer a rather objective perspective. Why only majority of the time you may ask? Well that's because I am human after all and sometimes may digress .. but just the tiniest bit.
I use to think that the biggest obstacle to getting published was finishing the manuscript, but as I've researched the publishing process, I've concluded that perhaps jumping out of airplanes at 1,250 feet in the pitch-dark of night was less daunting.
