Mimi tries to use her life as one big learning experience and has developed many diverse interests and friendships. She has worked in small businesses and large corporations, assembly lines and lumber yards and, her favorite, the theater. Behind the stage she has been an assistant director, director, stage manager, stage hand and prop designer. On stage she has worked as an actor and improve artist, writing and performing in a scripted improve group. Her proudest job has been as the full time caregiver for both of her parents.

I studied cultural and physical anthropology at The University of Texas at Austin and have an AA degree from Brookhaven Community College. Later in life I returned to BHC and studied Theater Arts.Interests
