Steve Knepp
Steve Knepp is a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania and an avid baseball fan since the 1967 Red Sox-Cardinals World Series. His love of the game is evidenced by his lifetime involvement as a player, coach and umpire. Steve played in the Men's Senior Baseball League in Allentown until age 43 when back surgery and work related travel made playing nearly impossible, at least not at the level he expected of himself. He continues to umpire at the AAU, Junior Legion and American Legion levels as time permits.
His career background is a technology professional, holding several Microsoft and Apple certifications. He is the Vice President of Education for a national telecommunications contracting company. Steve and his wife of 30 years Claire have two adult children and a Maltese Poodle named Maggie, who loves baseball as almost much as Steve! Maggie plays shortstop and centerfield for her canine team.
