Ericka Spradley
Ericka Spradley, President and Founder of My Next Level, has many years of leadership experience and has been progressively responsible for directing employees in companies with revenues in excess of $500 million. Ericka has led teams in various organizations through start-up, survival, turnaround, and growth modes.
Ms. Spradley has spent 10+ years as a leader in the retail and banking industries. Her understanding of the multi-faceted leadership realm has provided a level of expertise in human resource management and career growth. These experiences have enabled her to become an effective communicator and coach who is able to not only develop others, but to also assist them in assessing their growth potential.
Among her significant accomplishments, Ericka has served as VP of Professional Development with National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS) Strayer University Chapter, an honor society inviting high-achieving first- and second-year college students with members who rank in the top 20 percent of their class. She has worked as a columnist for Classroom to Cubicle, an online magazine for college students and recent graduates showcasing articles focused on finding, landing, and succeeding at internships and entry-level jobs. As a Communications Officer for a Women s Network, Ericka is responsible for partnering with fellow Officers to ensure that their messages are concise, professional, and strategic across the organization. In addition, her works have been found in Today s Charlotte Woman and she s also been quoted by The Charlotte Observer.
While pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Strayer University, Ericka acknowledged her passion for career growth, not simply for herself, but for others as well. Throughout her career, she has witnessed new employees struggle with what to do, where to go, and how to get there within their first year of employment. As a result, Ericka decided to pursue her dream of becoming a Career Coach.
