I have 14 years experience in the manufacturing industry. I operated machines, read blueprints, and used calipers & micrometers. I also have 4 years experience in the aerospace industry. The company I worked for built cable harnesses for military customers. My job was to write electrical test programs for the cables we built and troubleshoot any failures. I was also responsible for creating a cost analysis report to determine the cost of components for the test cable and developing the test. I have some experience in customer service for a major retailer as well. My job was to track lost packages, find the cause for damaged merchandise, handle financial and sensitive information, and to take escalated customer service calls.
