Bryan Sargent
Bryan is a photographer and musician. He studied photography at the International Center of Photography under Keisha Scarville. His photographs have been featured on many websites such as Zagat, Gothamist, The 700 Level, Out With The Kids, City Diaries, and SCHMAP!. Musicians The Brixton Riot, Q Ledbetter, The Dirty Sock Funtime Band, and The Grand Prospect, artist Daniel Caspera, and New York City bars and restaurants TUFFET, Juniper, and The Local 269 have all used his photographs for their websites. As a drummer, he performed all over the world with many artists of varying genres. He has played noted venues such as Irving Plaza and Mercury Lounge in NYC, Maxwell's in New Jersey, and the Hope & Anchor in London, England.
Bryan is also the author of two baseball blogs: "The Transplanted Phan" and "Sarge's Phillies Phantasy Camp Diary", which recounts his experience leading up to, during, and after his trip to Phillies Phantasy Camp in Clearwater, FL. The blog was featured on the homepage of MLBlogs.com and was ranked in the Top 25 among MLB fan blogs for January and February 2011. The diary has also been featured and promoted by Big League Stew (Yahoo! Sports) and Philadelphia sports blogs The 700 Level, Phillies Nation, Crossing Broad and Fightin Phillies (and their podcast, "Phillies Talk").
