My name is Karla Culbertson. I am 27 years old. A prideful Louisiana native, one which wishes to become a published poet. I am using my yahoo contributor network platform as a tool to let the world see what I am capable of. It is my intent to create a book of inspiring poetry which aims to help heal this hurting world!
I am a very compassionate person, and I love sharing a piece of my heart with people. I am wheelchair dependent due to Cerebral Palsy, but I do not let that stop me from enjoying my life, albeit my sense of pleasure may be very different than most. I love the band Lifehouse and the New Orleans Saints; these are quite possibly my two favorite things in the entire world. They never fail to put a smile on my face. :) I hope you all enjoy reading my pieces and will happily purchase one of my books once it is written.
