My name is Sara, aka Halfway Crunchy Mama. The proud mama of Juliana Marie, a passionate babywearer, breastfeeder, and cloth diaper-er. I love all things pregnancy, birth and kid related.
I've enjoyed learning and teaching about natural births, home births, natural family living, saving penises, gentle/positive discipline and other crunchy things. I wasn't always this crazy hippie I'm starting to become but I'm enjoying the journey. I'm happily married to my bestest, Adam, and we live in a small yet perfect house out in the county with our kiddo, a dog, Dusty, and two crazy cats, Zoe and Nova.
I'm currently a technical buyer for a large supply chain distributor and part time Diaper Parties consultant. Since I work full time I leave J with family during the day and I'm a pummping mom at work. Pumping is most definitely a love-hate relationship, let me tell you. I aspire to one day be a work-at-home mom so I can spend more time with J. Other things that I enjoy are reading (anything and everything), crochet, cooking, baking, laughing and loving life.
