I am a 44 year old stay at home mom. My wonderful husband, Todd, and I have been together since college. We have two kids. Samantha is 7 and James is 5 1/2. I have decided that I am either a Mommy Blogger stuck in a Fitness Blogger's body, or a Fitness Blogger stuck inside a Mommy Bloggers mind! I have been a "gym rat" since my dad got us a family membership at a Nautilus gym when I was in high school. I am a health and fitness fanatic, and I have been committed to a healthy way of life for 20 years. I truly believe everyone can be their best fit self.
