WOON Wee Min

I earned my CFA charter in 2003. It started as just a challenge, as taking on the CFA programme on a self-study basis while working full-time - I was never enrolled in any CFA preparatory courses - was no mean feat, but after I passed Level 1 in 2001, I decided to go full throttle and complete the entire programme. I was a featured CFA charterholder in the February 2004 issue of "CFA Advantage". I am also a CPA Singapore.

I count writing as one of my interests. Sports is another one: I used to be active in dragon boat and kayaking; I have a 1st dan black belt in Tae Kwon Do (I'm big on martial arts and enjoyed the unarmed combat training during my military service in Singapore), and had previously earned the swimming teaching certification with the Singapore Swimming Teachers' Association as well as the Bronze Medallion in lifesaving.
