Carlene M Wojahn
I am sales agent with Combined Insurance, my goal is to be a sales trainer.
My name is Carlene M. Wojahn, I was a realtor with Old Oak Properties; A.G. Trusler; broker. I sold and listed homes, camp sites, businesses especially restaurants are my specialties.
I was born in Oshkosh, Wisconsin; and I am the only girl out of seven. My brothers, parents, and daughters have always been a major part of my life.
I moved to West Virginia, and am married to James T. Smith. Jim and I moved to Wisconsin and he moved back in March, 2008 leaving me behind. I am working my way back to West Virginia; not just because he is there but the people my friends are greatly missed.
I have been a member of Equal Opportunities Commission; Presidential Task Force; Member of the Chamber of Commerce (Fond du Lac, WI); Toastmasters and National Life Underwriters. I sold insurance and have been highly recognized within that company; with several sales awards.
After my children entered school I chose to stay closer to home, and became involved in their education. I soon became a certified teacher through the Wisconsin Department of Education. I was instrumental in creation of a Charter School Committee; which would help keep students in school if failure seemed likely. I taught till I moved to West Virginia, and I still have an interest in the educational system.
Hobbies include politics, genealogy, metal detecting, photography, web site development, computer repair and Civil War Reenacting.
I have always been interested in real estate, and I believe each home has its own story.
Old Oak Properties; is located in Buckhannon, West Virginia area. Buckhannon is located ninty-nine miles north of Charleston; thirty some miles south of Clarksburg; and fifty miles northeast of Glenville, WV.
