I'm Billy, I'm a tired professional horticultural pest control operator and consultant. My doctor says I can't do it anymore. No, not because of chemical exposure. I used safe products safely. I just can't do the repetitive motions because of an accident I had when I was a kid. However the profession gave me a unique perspective on horticultural practices, and experience in bugs, weeds, disease and nutritional issues. You see I had several credentials which gave me authority to write reports for diagnostics and treatment for sick plants. I also had credentials to write state, federally and internationally recognized conservation programs for trees and other agriculturally related issues. I'm also a father of four, a good friend, music composer, fitness and entertainment nut. My fortes are writing, art and hospitality. 25 years in the Landscape Maintenance Industry ( Retired )

Owned and operated a Landscape Pest Control biz for 15 years.
Started small with a vocational certificate, but never quit and asked questions. I wrote recommendations and provided services for Universities, Municipalities, Property Development & Management companies. Now I write about it. I took what the experts theorized and did it in the field. I took what was often complicated and made it simple. I now study digital production at Miracosta College in Oceanside CA.
