After spending more than a decade as a sports writer and editor for a daily paper, Jeff DeLuca decided to try a different directon away from the world of journalism. He found himself being called back after a short absence and now does freelance writing for Associated Content. Jeff writes on a variety of subjects. His favorites include: Major League Baseball, National Football League, National Basketball Association, United Football League, travel, weightlifting and photography. His favorite subjects are the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, Boston Celtics, Boston Bruins, Las Vegas, Omaha, Kansas City, Des Moines, Boston, The Office and any roadside attractions or tourist desinations. He is also an avid photographer and produces many slideshows from the places he visits.
