Exercising in Raleigh: Getting Fit in the Land of Pork BBQ and Sweet TeaStaying fit is never easy. I moved a few years ago from San Diego to Raleigh where it seemed everyone was very fit. After a lot of trial and error, I have found some really exceptional places to get fit and stay fit.
