I currently live in San Antonio TX but I am originally from Brownsville TX. In Brownsville I owned a Mexican Restaurant. Everything was cooked in mesquite burning grills. I had it or two tears and then sold it. I moved to San Antonio with my wife and here I went to school to get my A + certification. I work for a laboratory company setting up systems in Hospitals and Doctors offices. My interest is food and hiking. I am also interested in writing but have never really done it. I have joined yahoo to start writing thoughts and about topics.
