While navigating the nutritional needs of her own pregnancy she has now added nourishing her darling daughter to her plate. Days are challenging; balancing work and home, running after an active baby, and squeezing in a workout, but she keeps healthy nutrition for her family on the front burner. She knows a healthy mom equals a happy baby. When not running miles in the Cuyahoga National Valley, Marissa's in the kitchen looking for a better way to make a healthy cookie.
