When creating art and being still without thought being pure action and allowing the flow to come through without force, control, desire etc the 'Still Point" a sense of no thought only existence akin to balance on a see saw or floating internally, occurs. However once that is experienced and recofgnised it goes as it's something that cannot be grasped not even by thought.
