Todd Clarke
I've lived in Washington, chiefly the Western metro areas for my entire life. I was born and raised in Auburn from 1990 to 2010, until I moved out of my home to attend Pacific Lutheran University, a school decorated in notoriety. Yes, the rumors are true in the sense that rain happens here very often but on a day like today, where the sun is peaking out from time to time, it's a very fresh, new, and relaxing image of North America.
As for my career plans, I can't tell you the exact date I became enveloped in the world of health and fitness, but when I picked up my first weight in March of 2006, it's one of this once in a lifetime moments where all of a sudden the mind reaches an inner clarity that at least I thought never knew existed. I'm not the strongest, most athletic, or most agile person in this galaxy, but I work hard to achieve everything I have, socially, mentally, physically, financially, and, among them, academically.
My intended major(s) are health & fitness management and pre-athletic training with minors in both health and wellness and personal training. After my undergraduate here, I plan on attending graduate school, somewhere local, but seeing as though I'm a sophomore at this institution I don't see the need to fill my head with those decisions until later on in my career. This blog will also be a progress tracker for how I'm doing in my major and also I'm here to give advice, as after all, this is what I'll likely be doing for the rest of my life.
I was born to John and Rose Clarke on October 12th, 1990. I'm not one for adventure, for public speaking, and for being a pristine leader, but that's a likely cause from upbringing. I have no problem establishing conversation with my family, my girlfriend, or my friends in general. I think working out is building some confidence in order to face my fears.
