Bryan Hayden
Born in Baltimore Maryland in 1989, moved to Pensacola Florida at the age of six. Struggled with weight for most of his teenage years. Began studying nutrition and health around the age of 17, lost over 140 lbs in a little longer than a year. Converted to a Vegan diet/lifestyle and has continued growing his knowledge about food and nutrition. "Cooking almost every meal I eat" and working at a Co-operative grocery has greatly helped that. I take pride in trying different foods and broadening my horizon on nutrition. I'm a licensed skydiver and still a beginner.
