Amber Bollard

Since arriving in the US from the Sunshine Coast, I have been fortunate enough to further my music, acting and modeling career since being here. I accidentally fell into being an Entertainment Reporter after appearing on the Jeffrey Henderson Radio Show in Hollywood, to promote my music. After my appearance on the show, it led to me having a regular spot as a Co-Host and I taught myself the ropes of publicity and started being credentialed to cover many big events such as the Academy awards, the Espy awards and many more. Some of the people I have had the chance to interview are Heath Ledger, Anthony Hopkins, Jennifer Aniston, Christian Bale, Eva Longoria and more. After working on the Jeffrey Henderson show, I started my own company with a dear friend of mine, called Tameka Issartel and we called it Stars On Hollywood. We continued to cover many more movie premieres and award shows throughout Hollywood and surrounding places. Although my dream is to further my music and acting career, I am very thankful that I have had the chance to meet so many of my idol s that I grew up watching in Australia. Since being here in LA, I have been an extra on movies such as, Akeelah and the Bee, Running with Scissors and also was on an American Idol Ford Focus Commercial featuring Carrie Underwood, the year she won. My TV appearances have included being a Contestant on Blind Date, Pauly Shore s Minding the Store and more. Most recently, I was chosen to be a guest interviewer on Extra with Mario Lopez from (Saved by the Bell) and was asked to interview Nancy O Dell who now has her own show on Oprah s O Channel. I was also recently cast out of more that 200 people to play the part of Georgetta Newsome on America s Court with Judge Ross. My make-up artist for this was the amazing Karen Faye that used to be Michael Jackson s personal make-up artist for years. This show can be viewed at www.AmericasCourt.tv.
