Mr. Maccioli has over 30 years of experience working for government agencies, consulting firms, and industry as an environmental engineer/compliance specialist. He has a Masters degree in Pollution Control from Penn State and is the co-author of a book on toxic air pollution.
Additionally, he is the Secretary and a Board member of the Bakersfield Jazz Workshop, a 501-c non-profit whose mission is to support jazz education, appreciation, and performance in the Bakersfield, CA area.
