Jennese LaDiva Torres
LaDivaLatina.com
Jennese Torres is a stiletto-wearing, out-spoken, bold, and funny Puerto Rican with an attitude.
The stilettos make her a diva. Her outspoken-ness makes her a kick-ass attorney. Her bold-ness made her an entrepreneur. And her sense of humor allows her to keep her sanity as she juggles her own law practice and her own online magazine.
La Diva comes from a long line of entrepreneurs (her father had his own bread route aka "el panadero" and her grandma owned her own botanica). So it was only a matter of time before she too followed the family tradition of self-employedness. She is the founder of LaDivaLatina.com and TuAbogadoDelPueblo.com.
This entrepreneur singlehandedly and successfully launched the website LaDivaLatina.com which ranks 2nd to Latina.com, according to all major search engines. For La Diva, her success came with a few bumps along the way, like the time LaDivaLatina.com was stolen from the internet. But, however -- unbeknownst to the cyber-criminal who tried to steal her website -- she is also a lawyer. She got her website back and continued on the career that she actually went to school for because friends of friends of friends that heard that she was a lawyer called her with their legal problems. It was one case after another and soon before she knew it, she had to get her own law office. Building on her experience from LaDiva in webdesign and self- promotion, in only about a year's time, her law office expanded to 3 locations.
Tireless and vivacious, she feels like she can now rest because she has met her two icons- Jennifer Lopez and the Honorable Sonia Sotomayor. Saying those two names in the same breath may sound slightly sacrilege but then again, look at who's making the comparison: a stiletto-wearing attorney!

What is the Color of the Sun?I oftentimes, when it's bright and sunny outside, think about the color of the sun. It has plagued me for years! Is it yellow? Like they teach in school? Or is it orangey-reddish-paprika?
