Jonette Alexis ~Royal Blue Ink~

I am a creative writer with an eclectic array of interests and skills. My father used to tell me "Jonette...don't be a jack-of-all-trades and a master of none", but the first thing the stumbling economy revealed to me, was that flexibility and variety are much more valuable than frigid mastery. I have found that my many interests have allowed me the unique perspective of drawing upon everything that life has offered me; from being one of the youngest of 10 children, to my tenure in the military pre and post 9/11 as well as my journey to Atlanta following the traumatic loss of my father to Pancreatic Cancer in 2006. My goal is to share the vision, that my Creator has gifted me with, through written word and eventually film. "Nothing beats a failure but a try" and I won't stop until I've succeeded at being everything that I am called and destined to be.

I currently work in banking, but I have a deep passion for expression. All forms of communication, whether it's electronic media, spoken or written word, it all interests me; I am fascinated with the process of moving an idea from concept to reality.

Royal Blue Ink is a writing company I started with the hopes of sharing my dream and helping others realize their own, although they may not have the time or temperance to sit down and form the words. Contact me to discuss the details of how I can assist you with your current project. I like to have Creative "Jam Sessions" to get a feel for your "voice" and help start the relationship off with good vibes. After that, the process of bringing your idea to fruition involves both parties being actively engaged in each step; from draft, edit, revision, to print and publish, let Royal Blue Ink facilitate in ..."Writing your Passion'.

  • A Working Mother's Legacy of Love
From the time you look your little one in the eyes, understand that those eyes will change very little over the course of their life. Our children are a gift of eternal life. We must learn to cherish them and mold them into a better version of ourselves.
  • Ignorance is No Excuse when it Comes to Your Money
We need to stop expecting the banks to keep track of our spending. Besides for being accountable, knowing what's going in and out of our bank accounts deters impulse spending just as much as it would suspicious activity.
