Victoria Kelly started the business of planning weddings for budget brides in 2006 wanting to spread the awareness to brides all over the country that they can have the wedding they've always wanted at any budget level without having to sacrifice a thing. She wanted to reach brides just like her that wanted a gorgeous memorable event without having to go into debt for it.
Victoria has a strong educational background including a Doctorate degree from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. She is publishing a great deal of books, articles and even a magazine to help spread the word that you don't have to have a great deal of money to make your dreams happen.
She lives at home with her husband, her four cats and a turtle. Right now she is working towards bringing the opportunity for men and women just like her to have the freedom of owning their own businesses all of the benefits that come with it, so they can spend more time with their families living the life they want to be living.
