Music is a great part of my life and I can't imagine life without it, just as I can't imagine life without the Good Book. Oh yes, and I love the Gunsmoke reruns.
I stand up for things that I believe in, and that I believe to be right. But life has taught me that there are some things you just can't change. I firmly believe that you can do anything you believe in your heart that you can do. My Mom taught me that I just gotta believe in myself.
My life's had its share of ups and downs, disappointments and bad decisions, but when the final curtain falls, I would hope that folks could say that I was a good sport in this game of life, and when I walk my final steps I ask no special favors. I only want to believe in my heart that I played as well as I could with the hand that I was dealt, and when the hard blows came my way that I handled them with courage, dignity, and to the best of my abilities. And most importantly, I hope that I will remember that God never deals a player more than he or she can handle.
