Annette M. Palmer
Annette is a member of Lions International and secretary of her local Lions Club. She is festival chairperson and entertainment chair for her local hometown festival held each September. Palmer is most passionate about her family and being a freelance writer. She has been published in her local newspaper and in poetry magazines.
Currently she is the mother of seven mostly grown kids, raising two grandchildren and a special needs child with spina bifida.
