Priscilla Speicher graduated from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1989 with a Bachelors Degree in Journalism. Her first career position was as a writer and account manager for a well-known Public Relations firm in Pittsburgh. This lead to a writing job at a busy ad agency, followed by a move to Baltimore to work for a publishing house as writer, proofreader and editor of newsletters and books.
She then took a job as the senior writer and marketing manager for a marketing-communications agency in downtown Baltimore, and found her niche'¦a job that combined writing with execution of a variety of promotional tasks. She went on to work for a non-profit as their Marketing Communications Manager, devoted to preservation of the Chesapeake Bay and the Baltimore Harbor. Then came a visit to Florida'¦and a decision to move there.
Since moving to Florida in late 1995, Priscilla has worked for such well-known companies as: Zimmerman & Partners Advertising, Fort Lauderdale; Kids In Distress; Great Expectations; BARD Marketing; and Kogan & DiSalvo Law Firm. Her executive positions in marketing and communications not only lead to handling corporate events, but gave her a diverse set of skills, and a wide range of practical business knowledge. Priscilla is adept at implementing effective Marketing tasks and campaigns, and is an excellent writer who has won several awards for her work. She is now a busy freelancer specializing in sales/marketing writing, and her portfolio includes work for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Holiday Inn, Findlaw, and more well-known companies. She especially enjoys doing marketing and promotion for "the little guy" - small businesses.
