Cate Munroe is a Primal Nutrition and Kitchen Coach for Cate’s Nutrition Kitchen (CNK) in Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ. Cate has a bachelor's in Honors English from CSU, Chico and a Holistic Nutrition Specialist Certification from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.

With experience working in professional kitchens in the U.S. and abroad, as well as an athletic background Cate provides a unique perspective on how to improve your health with simple information and fun tips.

Cate is also Resident Nutritionist at the Staley Performance Institute, ASU Karsten Golf Course Ping Learning Center and The Raven Golf Club Academy in Phoenix.
