Im currently no longer an empty nester with one married and one engaged child and one child who has returned to the nest. I am a military spouse and have moved a lot! Living in DC the past two years has been a real change. Ive been the new person so many times ive learned to meet people and get involved quickly. I like to write about life, its humor and its irony. My brain moves at a pace so fast I am never bored. Im a Erma Bombeck wanna be....
I am happily married to the same man for well, a long time. I am finally comfortable with high rise living!. Im a huge fan of craigslist, both buying and selling. I also sell on ebay. I pitched my book to three New York Agents. One asked for more pages, then declined. A memoir, humorous or not written by a non-celebrity just does not sell. I currently have a blog and am considering self publishiing my book and selling it on my blog site. I see things in ways others do not. I often give a slant to something that no one else considered. Oh, and i have ADD and OCD, diagnosed as an adult and is part of the reason, i appear to be quirky. And why this biography is written in sporatic, change of subject, no segue kind of way. I would go back and change it but then you wouldn't get the real biography.
