My husband and I are still newlyweds, having just celebrated our second wedding anniversary. I also recently celebrated two years since leaving my previous career as a librarian to become a middle school teacher. Within the span of two weeks, my husband and I moved into our first apartment, got married, and I began my teaching program. Now, I am about to start my second year of teaching, and I am in love with this career.
My other interests include photography, writing, fitness (I ran three half marathons in the past year) and playing with our wonderful dog, Izzy (a miniature Australian Shepherd).
