As a passionate health and fitness enthusiast for the past 30 years, I’m thrilled and honored to share my knowledge and experience with other enthusiasts and with everyone seeking clear, straightforward information to help them navigate the path toward their fitness goals. My own path has been multi-faceted: I’ve enjoyed weight training and bodybuilding, running (road, trail, and treadmill), cardio machines, Yoga, Qi Gong, home-based workouts, and a variety of healthy nutritional programs.
I consider myself a “multi-dimensional” health and fitness coach for this reason, and because I firmly believe that tending to our mental/emotional and spiritual well-being is vital to achieving our physical goals. The mind-body connection is so important for optimum health and fitness. I love to envision a world where everyone is strong, fit, and healthy!
Like all Renaissance Souls, I enjoy a wide variety of interests, which include (but are not limited to) beadwork, jewelry design, drawing and painting, Feng Shui, Alternative Medicine, shamanism, hiking, entrepreneurship, fashion and beauty, and of course, writing. Having worked for ten years as a software engineer and then a technical writer, I left the high-tech corporate world to pursue my creative and spiritual interests. I especially love to explore the road less traveled, and then tell others about it.
