Poetry has been a song from my soul since before I was first published, at age eleven. . "Gap Teeth" is excerpted from a booklength manuscript entitled "Versebird Sky."

First press and public relations officer for the Menlo Park, CA Arts Commission.

Extensive library experience, most recently as the librarian/reference associate for the Department of Developmental Biology, Stanford Medical School. My library experience also
included a paid position in charge of the School of Geography Library my senior year at Clark University.

Almost nine years as a Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner with the U.S. Dept. of Labor, including six living in Manhattan below Houston Street. received a congressional citation., my workers' compensation background has given me an appreciation of both medical & safety issues, which made the murders even more excruciating.

Volunteered on the Dumbarton Rail Citizens Advisory Panel.

Member, rotating Governance Council (Board of Directors), 1994-1995, San Carlos Charter Learning Center, the first charter school in California & the second in the USA.
