Jennifer Cowie King
Jennifer Cowie King is the author of the blog, Motherscribe, where she writes about parenthood, self-exploration, and feminism- with an occasional nod to her poet self. She can also be found blogging on The Huffington Post. She was a Shield of Honor Finalist in 2010, recognizing California women who have gone above & beyond their role as a mom to inspire and help others. In 2009, the BlogHer organization chose her as BlogHer of the Week. She has also been featured on the radio show, Motherhood Unplugged, at KPFK 90.7 Los Angeles. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, where they enjoy madness with two children less than 10 months apart.
