Cathy is the owner of Happy Dieter, a guided weight loss program that focuses on healthy eating, exercise, and positive lifestyle changes. She is a firm believer that weight loss success is easier if you have the accountability and encouragement of a support group.

Cathy started off as a Systems Manager at Procter and Gamble after graduating from the University of Virginia. In 2009, she started a neighborhood weight loss support group to help her neighbors, friends, and herself lose weight and keep it off. It was such a big success that she created Happy Dieter and expanded the program to multiple locations in Austin, TX.

Cathy's interests include swimming, roller skating, cooking, and travel. She is married with two daughters, ages 9 and 10.
