Before moving to the United States,I was a graduate of Mass Communication, major in Journalism, and worked as an editor at a community newspaper. Later, I was employed as a proof reader, and news/feature writer in a national daily, in Manila. I took a second degree in Education, major in English, and taught senior and freshmen high schoolers, while advising the school paper.
In the US, I first worked as an administrative assistant for a popular electronics company, then as as a customer service representative dealing with employee benefits, for a prominent human resource outsourcing firm.
Nowadays, I tackle the most challenging job of all, being a homemaker.
