Wendy Gilliatt

Wendy Gilliatt is a wife, mother and grandmother who inhabits the southern outskirts of ‘fly over’ country. On occasion she has been found in a nondescript corporate cubical attempting to sooth the fragile egos of overly sensitive human beings. However, she harbors an intense dislike of rodents, and makes every effort to avoid the rat race as much as is possible on this particular planet.

After some initial struggle, she obtained her degree from the School of Hard Knocks, eventually excelling in Biblical Wisdom. She has a P.H.D. (Particularly Holy Deity) in Truth and Consequences. While such achievements are rarely recognized in Important Places, she is unwilling to recognize Harvard or Yale, so it all works out to the good.

She is often accused of monopolizing the family computer and only chuckles when reminded of her insistence during the late ‘90’s that PC’s were unnecessary and a waste of time. Her better half installed one against her wishes, and has since spent the better part of their time together warning her of the dangers of addiction. She never ceases to be amazed at the ability to read, research and study whatever tickles her fancy at any given moment. Her addiction…ahem…her infatuation has proven to be a boon to her intellectual stimulation as she has a virtual classroom at her fingertips and works daily to satisfy her natural curiosity.
