Gaila has been biking and strength training for the past 30 years. She is passionate about fitness, food, writing, and her papillon, Bijou. She has written two horror novels, a collection of short stories, and several hundred songs.
Gaila has lived in Detroit, Michigan, West Palm Beach, Florida, and currently resides in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. She loves to travel and is excited about the prospect of moving south.
