I have lived in and around Detroit for most of my life. I am currently a Detroit Public Schools teacher. I have been married for more than 20 years and have one child, a rescued collie, and a flock of spoiled pet hens. I enjoy gardening, cooking, reading, sewing, and spending time with my family. If I could, I would have a hobby farm with extensive gardens and animals.
