Mariska Breland, Fuse Pilates

Mariska Breland is the founder of Fuse Pilates. In 2002, Mariska was diagnosed with MS, her interest in mind-body fitness grew. She became a dedicated yoga and Pilates practitioner and currently holds enough certifications and training hours to equal a PhD in wellness. Mariska knows why an exercise will work and how to make it and you work better, smarter, or harder.

Mariska is also a certified Pre and Postnatal Pilates Specialist, and has additional specialized training in Pilates for athletes and for men. Mariska also has a certification with the Pink Ribbon Program for breast cancer recovery patients. Additionally, Mariska holds a holistic health coaching certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. A former award-winning writer and creative director, Mariska puts those skills to good use writing for fitness and lifestyle blogs sharing information and tips for fit living.
