I was born in small town, mid-western USA and since graduating college 13 years ago have lived in the big cities and surrounding areas of Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. International travels include Toronto, Beijing, Tokyo, Singapore, and several cities in Indonesia. My current stay of over 1 year in Jakarta, Indonesia has motivated me to write about the wide range of unique experiences encountered here on a daily basis. I am also eager to explore the worlds of creative writing and copywriting in more depth. A humorous tone is my preferred style.

My professional experience includes 13 years in business development including 3 years of sales management in the telecommunications, advertising, media, and industrial supplies industries. Currently, I am owner of a small business and Senior Business Development Advisor/Editor for a start-up online media company.
