Christopher Watts, MBA is the founder of The Christopher Watts Initiative, an independent effort to help eradicate unemployment from disadvantaged communities.
Christopher is a community and career building professional with expertise in career counseling, life skills coaching, and program development. He possesses a distinct ability to motivate audiences with thorough advice and candor to self-sufficiency. Organizations, community residents, and job seekers are often impressed with Christopher’s exceptional work ethic and strong desire to assist people in achieving their goal of living a productive and successful life. Christopher does more than just talk…he inspires people to achieve more than they ever dreamed possible.
In his career, Christopher has been a Career Counselor, Tax Office Manager, Community Liaison, and Program Coordinator. In addition to his work with The Christopher Watts Initiative, Christopher is also a Career Counselor for a workforce development organization and Tax Office Manager for a financial services firm. Christopher’s expertise and passion has led to repeated requests for him to serve as a motivational speaker, presenter, and facilitator.
Christopher founded The Christopher Watts Initiative to be a positive agent-of-change in disadvantaged communities infested with high unemployment. Christopher holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, from Robert Morris University and a Certificate of Completion in Total Quality Management. A native of Chicago, his work and contributions have left a footprint on the Chicagoland community.
