I am a wife and mother of two teenage boys. I have recently left the hair and beauty industry after 20+ years due to a medical issue. It was the hardest decision I ever made but one that was necessary. I am the only female in the house and this makes for a lot of cooking and cleaning.
My house is like a fraternity with teenagers all over the place. I am constantly re stocking the fridge and picking up after them. However, I love that they want to hang out here and feel comfortable.
I have always been open and honest with my children which has resulted in us having a very close relationship. They tell me everything including things I wish they kept to themselves.
I have a great sense of humor and feel that you must not take life too seriously or you will miss out on the fun.
