Hi, my name is Jonathan and I own and operate Live Free Fitness, a Personal Coaching business which runs out of Long Beach, CA. My goal is to bring whole life fitness and wellness to as many people as possible through one-on-one and small group training, boot camps for group fun, sound nutritional advice and awareness practices. I utilize the immense possibilities of the human body to accomplish this with my clients. To further this end I am making, free to the public, a thorough series of tutorials on a variety of bodyweight exercises. Yes, most everything I post will be doable without the use of any fancy, and expensive, equipment and can be done anywhere, including the privacy of your own home. The great news about this is that it keeps my operating costs to a minimum which allows me to give you the best results at the best price! So come join us... life is waiting! I have been dedicated to the pursuit of all things related to whole life wellness for many years now and have found that in every aspect of existence the key to success and healing is getting at the root of whatever issues we might face. According to Gautama Buddha, "The mind is everything. What you think you become." I agree in full with this sentiment. That is not to say that if I really want to be a successful musician or to be able to fly that it will happen. This idea refers to the very core of us, not our physical manifestations. Sun and rain will come but it is the seeds that we sow that make the difference in our peace of mind. Be sure that you are sowing good seeds and no matter the weather you will be assured, at the very least, the satisfaction of having done right by yourself. If you have never purposely endeavored to do good you will never be able to understand the intrinsic value and what true joy is.
