Darren Byrd
Darren is an involuntarily divorced father of 4 and a 6-year navy veteran who served during Desert Shield/Storm and assisted the efforts in Somalia. He has active experience in most aspects of home construction and stepped up to drafting/design, holds a common-sense view of finances, and a practical view of economic principles. Self-reliance and the freedoms and satisfaction associated with it are very important; the outdoors is always calling and is answered when time permits.
Politically speaking, he is a very conservative Constitutionalist, voluntary environmentalist, tree-hugging, liberty-minded, anti-union, anti-corporate, small-government, right-winger who believes we have enough problems "at home", that we should pay a little more attention to what's going on here, instead of remolding the rest of the world.
